Refund Policy – TrustEssayWriting.com
When customers place orders for writing from TrustEssayWriting.com, they provide us with all of the details of their orders. It is then our responsibility to find the most suitable writer for each task, to set up communication between the customer and his/her writer, and to perform a final check on every order to ensure that it meets customer instructions and our high standards for research and writing quality. Only then do we deliver that final draft to the customer. The customer then makes the final determination by either approving the piece as delivered or requesting revisions, which we are happy to accommodate, until customer satisfaction is achieved. With all of these process layers, it is very rare indeed that a customer requests and is granted a refund. Still, there are those rare occurrences, and so we have devised this policy to cover and refund circumstances.
Refund Awards
The following circumstances relate to full or partial refunds:
- Customer Cancellation of an Order: When a client must cancel an order, it should be done as quickly as possible after order placement, because the timing of that cancellation directly relates to any refund amount we award.
- If you have placed your order and then cancel before a writer has been assigned, you will be granted a full refund. Please understand that it may take 7 – 10 days to process that refund and it will credited to your credit/debit card, your bank, to your PayPal account, or, in the case of a wire transfer, a return wire transfer. You may also apply that refund toward a future order that you may place with us.
- If we have already assigned your order to a writer, and if that writer has already begun to research and/or write, we can issue a partial refund. We will calculate the refund amount on a pro-rated basis, depending upon how much work the writer has completed. Again, we can either process your refund amount or apply it to another order, as you prefer. Partial refund amounts in this situation follow these general guidelines:
- If we are less than 50% away from your original deadline, the refund will be between 50% and 75%
- If we are more than 50% toward your original deadline, you will be refunded an amount between 10% - 50%
- Duplication of an Order
It is almost impossible for an order duplication to occur, because our system is designed to catch it, and we will notify a customer by email if s/he has ordered the same product twice, asking for confirmation that it is indeed a duplicate. If it should happen, however, we of course will refund the amount paid for the second order. We ask that you submit to us the two receipts for payment – by fax, screen shot, or scan/email- so that we can verify them with our records.
- Failure to Locate a Writer: On very rare occasions, we are unable to find a writer who is available, and it is our policy never to assign an order to a writer who does not have the full qualifications to fulfill it. In these instances, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund. As our way of apologizing we will also provide you with a discount coupon for a future order.
Writer Unavailable for Revision: Again, on rare occasions, a customer may request revisions, but the same writer is not available. In those cases, we will locate another writer with the same qualifications to perform the task. If we cannot find another qualified writer, will pro-rate a partial revision, according to the amount of revision that has been requested.
- A Deadline is Missed: In only a few instances have we ever missed a deadline due to an emergency situation on our end – usually serious illness or personal emergency on the part of the original writer. If we are late with your order, however, we will issue a refund that is the difference between the original deadline date and the actual delivery date. If, for example, your deadline was 2 days, and we were late by a day, your actual price would be calculated for the three-day deadline, and we would refund the difference, along with a discount coupon for your next order.
We must remind you that if a deadline is missed due to customer failure to respond to messages from us or his/her writer, or because there was a payment delay, we cannot issue any refund for the delay. We urge all of our customers to plan in advance and set a deadline that will give ample time for review and revisions requests or to accommodate any delay that may occur.
- A Deadline Date is Changed by the Customer: If a customer contacts us and requests an earlier deadline than in the original order, we try very hard to meet that new deadline. If we are unable to do so, however, we cannot issue a refund for “late” delivery, as long as the product is delivered by the original deadline.
- Failing Grade: The paper that is created by the Company is for reference purposes only and is not ready for any submission. If the claim for compensation is due to a bad grade, such cases will be investigated according to the comments on the content, produced by the Writer.
- If the claim is that the paper is unoriginal, a credible plagiarism report is required (preferably “Turnitin.com”).
- Refund Based Upon Quality: Any Purchased Order Preferences are non-refundable as are inseparable from the initial product and service provided. The only exceptions are ‘Draft’, ‘1-page summary’ or ‘Originality report’ features, if they are not provided to the Customer in addition to the product. When we deliver a final draft of a written work to a customer, we ask that the customer review it carefully. If the customer is unhappy with any portion of the work, s/he may request specific revisions, and these are always done quickly. We even allow the customer to request another writer for such revisions, if there is dis-satisfaction with the original writer. If a customer is dis-satisfied with the entire piece and requests a refund, we assume that s/he does not intend to submit it at all. Before we will issue a refund, we will require that the customer send us a copy of the piece that s/he did submit as a replacement for the rejected piece that we delivered. We will then make a determination regarding refund and refund amount.
With all of the delivery and revision opportunities a customer has, it would be rare indeed that a refund would occur based upon dis-satisfaction with a final product.
