The following statements relate to the policies and procedures of TrustEssayWriting.com. They also spell out the right and responsibilities that both our company and our customers have. On our site are a number of policies that provide further detail of the statements in this disclaimer, and we urge all customers to read them, so that they understand how our business operates. As soon as you place an order for products or services from TrustEsssayWriting.com, you automatically agree to all of the terms of our policies, whether you have reviewed them or not. If you have any questions about specific parts of this Disclaimer or any of the other policies on our site, please contact our customer service department for clarification.
Contact Information for Customers: We need each customer’s full name, email address and a telephone number. We use this information to contact you if we need more information about your order. If you fail to give us the correct information and we unable to get in touch with you, then we are not responsible for delays that might result.
Completing the Order Form: We want to give each customer exactly what s/he wants and needs. In order to do that, we have to have all of the details for any writing order. When you complete the order form, we urge you to fill in all fields with a much detail as possible, so that the correct writer is assigned, and so that writer is clear about how to proceed. Check your order form carefully before you submit it. We will also send a confirmation of your order by email. Please check it again. If there are any mistakes, you must contact customer service right away. If an error is discovered after your writer has begun the project, and the error will result in more work, there may be an additional fee. Further, such a change may delay production and delivery, and the company is not responsible for that delay.
Note: One of the most common mistakes customers make in completing the order form is indicating the incorrect academic level. This can be serious because the incorrect writer may then be assigned and, if we have to assign a new writer, the old one still must be paid for his/her work. This will mean additional charges to you, and we cannot deliver your written work until payment has been made. If you see that you have provided the wrong academic level, you must contact us immediately. This error can obviously delay delivery, and the company cannot be responsible for that.
Communication: We give each customer a personal account page, so that s/he may send and receive messages. It is important to check this page daily during the process of production, because your writer may have questions before s/he can proceed further. In emergency circumstances, we will always try to call you. If you fail to respond to messages, emails, calls or texts, we cannot be responsible for any resultant delays.
Resources: Unless otherwise specified by the customer, writers use the most appropriate sources for the type of writing and for the customer’s academic level. Any customer is free to require specific resources to be used. If they are readily available on online libraries to which we have access and/or subscriptions, those resources will be used. If they are not readily available, it will be up to the customer to upload them on his/her account page so that they are available to the writer within a reasonable period of time, based upon the customer’s deadline. Please follow the instructions you will be given for uploading your resources. If you fail to get resources uploaded within the given time frame, delays may occur, and the company is not responsible for them. If neither the customer nor the student has access to required resources, and if the company has to pay for access, that charge will be added to the customer’s fee, and the product cannot be delivered until that additional fee is paid. In general, the following time frames for resource uploading apply:
- Upload due within the 8 hours for a deadline of 2 – 14 days
- Upload due within 1 hour for a deadline of 12- 24 hours
- Upload due within 20 minutes for a deadline of 12 hours or less
Cancellation of an Order: We understand that on a rare occasion, the customer may have to cancel an order. If the order has not already been assigned to a writer, there will be a full refund. If, however, a writer has been assigned and work has already begun, we will pro-rate a refund dependent on the amount of work already completed. The refund amount will be calculated by our claims department. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed. You can also choose to have any refund amount applied as a credit toward a future order.
Revisions: A customer is welcome to request revision to a final draft, if s/he is not completely satisfied. Revisions are requested on the personal account page or by contacting a customer service rep. If the revision request does not alter the original instructions on the order form, it will be free of charge. Likewise, if a writer failed to follow any specifications, the revision will be free. If the request involves a change of the original order, then there will be an additional charge for the changes. We have a Revisions Policy published on our site, and we encourage you to review it.
Making Payment: You may use any standard method of payment – credit or debit card, E-Check, PayPal or wire transfer. Please understand that we will not assign a writer to your order until payment has been made. If your financial institution requests identity verification, we will request identification document from you. These must be provided as quickly as possible to avoid delays. Payment delays may delay production and delivery, and the company is not responsible for those delays.
Deadlines: We do not have any problem meeting even the most urgent deadlines, provided the customer stays in contact with us. If you fail to respond quickly to questions or messages from our end, and that results in delays and a missed deadline, we are not responsible.
Customer Use of Products: Customers accept and agree to the condition that all products received from TrustEssayWriting.com are for personal use and for use as references. The customer agrees not to sell or share and products from the company. As well, the company is not responsible for any consequences incurred by a customer as a result of his/her use of products from the company.
Plagiarism: We have never had an issue with plagiarism, because we subject all of our writing to a software scan before it goes to a customer. If you believe that there is plagiarism in any product you receive from the company, please submit a TurnItIn report that shows the plagiarism. If ever a company product were to contain plagiarism, we would revise it free of charge.
Technical Issues: If there are Internet or browser issues; if there are power outages; if there are hardware issues; or if there a communication issues that are beyond the control of the company, the company cannot be responsible for resultant delays.
Customer Care/Support Department: This department is open all year, 24 hours a day. If a customer has any questions or problems, a department member may be reached by using the messaging function on his/her account page, by email, by telephone, or through the company live chat feature.
Company Customer Support Team: Our team is available 24 hours a day to service all of our customers. If you have a question or an issue, you may contact a team member by email, through your personal account on our site, through live chat, or by telephone.
Legal Jurisdictions/Questions: The company operates under the legal jurisdiction of the location of its headquarters. If there are laws in a customer’s jurisdiction that regulate Internet retail sales and purchases, it is the customer’s responsibility to know and follow those laws. If the company becomes aware of any fraud or cybercrime related to use of its website or purchase of any company products or services, the company will cooperate with all investigations and prosecutions.
